Enter the tummy tuck. Formally called Abdominoplasty, the tummy tuck procedure is designed to removed the excess skin that may hang down on the abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss. In more complex cases, the abdominal area is liposuctioned, the excess skin on the lower abdomen is removed, and the belly button is relocated as the skin is smoothed downwards.

Granted, there will be some swelling and bruising, as is the case with any surgical procedure.
